Who we are

Boulder Taco Fest is produced by AF Events (An AF Events Production). This policy covers the website at bouldertacofest.com and related festival communications.

• Email address when you join our mailing list for offers such as the VIP discount code.
• Marketing consent when you check the box agreeing to receive marketing emails.
• Usage and advertising data such as pages viewed, device info, and cookies or pixels used for analytics and ads (for example Meta and Google Analytics), where those tools are active on the site.
• Technical data like IP address and browser type when needed to run the site securely or process a signup.

How we use your information

• Send the VIP discount code and other transactional messages you requested.
• Send marketing emails about Boulder Taco Fest, tickets, schedule updates, vendors, and related AF Events promotions, but only when you have agreed to receive marketing.
• Measure site performance and advertising effectiveness.
• Respond to messages you send us.

Email marketing consent

When you join the mailing list, you must actively agree to receive marketing emails. We will not add you for marketing without that consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails, or by emailing us at info@bouldertacofest.com.

The 15% off code offered on signup applies to VIP wristbands only. It does not apply to General Admission or 5K tickets unless we say otherwise in writing.

We use service providers that help us run the festival and website, including:

• Email / CRM providers (currently Brevo) to store contacts and send email
• Hosting and database providers for the website
• Analytics and advertising platforms (for example Meta and Google) where enabled
• Ticketing partners when you buy wristbands on their site

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep data

Children

The website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Kids under 12 attend the festival free with an adult wristband, but signup and purchase flows are intended for adults.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
